• Directs manufacturing activities to ensure maximum quality is delivered safely, efficiently, and on-time
• Responsible for oversight of estimating and sales functions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or any related field
• Have experience minimal 5 years in Organization and People Development areas
• Have strong knowledge of Organization Development and Talent Management and WLA (Work Load Analyst)
• Experience in implemeting organization development stragegies is required
• Experience in handling Graduated Development program and Management Development program is required
• Have experience as HR Consultant specializing in organization and people development
• Have strong knowledge and skill coachin
• Proactive and engaged learner in a fast changing environment
• Data driven and analytical with a meticulous eye for detail
• Highly reliable to perform with or without supervision / work independently
